More Context During The Visit. A More Informed Decision About What To Test Next.

Lab testing still has a role, including when species identification or other specific analysis is needed. Pricing and turnaround depend on the assessment.

The Spore Scan Difference

See More Of The Space While We’re There.

Real-time scanning adds room-by-room context and helps guide where a closer look or additional testing may be warranted.

Scan Beyond A Few Sample Spots

We move through rooms and investigate areas around vents and other accessible trouble spots. Live readings show where airborne particle levels change.

Review Findings During Your Visit

InstaScope analyzes airborne biological particles as we scan. We can review the readings and provide an on-site scan report, rather than waiting days for those scan findings.

Common Questions

Clear Answers, Before We Step Inside.

What real-time scanning can show, where laboratory analysis still matters, and what to expect from your visit.

How Is InstaScope Different From A Standard Mold Test?

A standard test usually collects samples at selected places and times for laboratory analysis. InstaScope adds live room-by-room airborne particle readings, so we can investigate how conditions change across the space during the visit. Laboratory testing remains available when species identification or another specific analysis is appropriate.

Will I Receive A Report During The Visit?

Spore Scan can review the scan findings with you and provide an on-site scan report. Separate laboratory or specialized test results require additional processing time.

Can You Recheck The Property After Remediation?

Yes. Spore Scan offers pre- and post-remediation assessments. Follow-up readings can be compared with the earlier assessment to help document how conditions have changed.

Can This Help Avoid Unnecessary Sampling Costs?

Broad real-time scanning can help identify where further samples may be warranted instead of choosing locations without that added context. Extra laboratory samples may add fees, but final costs depend on the property and scope, so savings are not guaranteed.

Do You Offer VOC Testing?

Yes. VOC concerns use a separate testing approach selected for the situation; InstaScope itself is not presented as a VOC detector. Timing depends on the scope and method.

Do You Provide Small Particle Cleaning And Testing?

Yes. Cleaning and testing for fine dust and residual particles can be tailored to what you are noticing and what the assessment finds.
